Size, length & care
How do I choose my size and inseam?
Start with the size information on the product page for the style you are considering. Then measure the inside leg of a pair you like, from the crotch seam to the hem, and consider the shoes and hem position you prefer. See our Size & Inseam Guide.
Does every style come in 34" and 36"?
No. Inseams vary by style. Check the options on the individual product page rather than assuming every pair has the same lengths.
Can I choose my inseam from my height alone?
Height does not tell the whole story. People of the same height can have different leg proportions, and shoes and silhouettes affect the hem you prefer. Compare garment measurements before choosing a length.
What is the difference between body measurements and garment measurements?
Body measurements are taken around your body, such as your waist and hip. A garment inseam is measured along the inside leg of the pants. Use the type of measurement named in the guide or product details.
Will different styles fit the same way?
Different cuts, rises and fabrics can feel different even in the same labeled size. Read the fit, material and size information for the item you are considering. If you are between sizes or unsure, Contact us.
How should I wash my Freejoy pieces?
Follow the care label inside your garment and the Materials & Care information on its product page. Care instructions can differ between denim, stretch fabrics, fleece and other materials.

Which payment methods can I use?
The available payment methods are shown at checkout for your order and location.
Can I change my size, inseam or address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether the order can still be updated. Changes are not guaranteed after processing or shipping has begun.
Where can I find tracking?
Check any shipment confirmation sent to your checkout email for a tracking link. If you cannot find your details, visit Order Help or contact us.
Delivery & returns
How much is shipping and how long does it take?

How do I start a return?
Read the Returns & Refunds policy, then email freejoy2024@hotmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Wait for return instructions before posting anything back.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item, its label and the problem. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.
